Those the Gazelle exercise machine work the same as the elliptical? I am shopping for a good machine.?

I know the elliptical machine well, but since the Gazelle is supose to do the same job as the elliptical and is cheaper, I need to know if its worth saving the money to purchase the Gazelle.
