Okay your gunna want to get a white kohl eyeliner (rimmel do great ones) wear it on your water line and on your tightline. Your going to need an eyelash curler and curl your eyelashes like mad so that they curl outwards (making your eyes look dramatically bigger) and get maybellines falsies mascara!:)
