38 weeks 5 days pregnant what do these things meen ( signs of labour)?

my pelvis feels tender and all the top of my legs, i felt sick last night his head is fixed but not engaged and my belly has droped bin loosing my plug for a bout a week being snappy today for no reason is this signs of labour or just norma for stage of pregnancy
