I asked about tin house wiring?

Tinned copper is normal. I tried to reply to your email but it failed to go through. You said you have a 60 Amp service, that would be pretty typical for when the house was built. As I tried to tell you via email, a reputable electrician would not even have connected any equipment to inadequate wiring. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Tinning of the copper prevents corrosion of the surface of the wire.
