DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET A LOAN TO PAY A $1500 RESTITUTION PAYMENT? PLEASE HELP?

Does not exist. No one gives loans to pay off legal settlements. It falls under the heading, "Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time!"
