Can anyone tell me where to buy Ilmiye Cig's "My Reactions as a Citizen"?

This book discusses the idea that Muslim headscarves were originally used by Sumerian temple prostitutes to distinguish them from temple priestessess. I can't seem to purchase one! It came out in 2005.
