How do you make that PHO SOUP?

I love going to PHO 21 and getting that hot soup that consists of very thin meat that cooks when you put the hot soup in and has those ramon noodles and onions cilantro but i wonder how you make it. it looks easy enough but knowing me i will get it wrong. does anyone have any idea on how to make it? thanks.
