Found a laptop and i really want to invest in something worth it?

okay this is the computer im looking at New! Dell - Studio 17 Laptop with Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T6500 and then theres another one but it doesnt have pvr like i would like here it is. Toshiba - Satellite Laptop with AMD Turion™ X2 RM-72 Dual-Core Mobile Processor - Onyx Blue if i would get the second one.. is it possible for me to get a program that allows me to be able to record on the recordless webcam lol!? but are there any suggestions for a laptop in the 700 dollar range? im broke lol.. my main reasons for wanting one is so when i get to college i will be prepared for homework and essays and whatever! i need get apps especially when it comes to internet and something that will truly be able to run the sims 3 seriously. lmao... but please reply as soon as possible.
