I think your word is cheating! Most biological and chemical terms are a mishmash of bits of Latin and Greek. Pneumo, ultra, micro, osis, all these parts of the word have Greek or Latin origins. I think the official longest is something like antidisestablishmentarianism. But that's not as interesting as names of diseases :-)
