I have pimples on my forehead!!!!??? help!?

i have pimples on my forehead. i don't use makeup of any sort, my hair is off my face i don't use oily hair products or anything. i'm 11 years old and a girl. please don't say puberty because trust me it's not! it's not acne either because my head isn't red and splotchy it's just the same colour as my regular skin but little bumps. i wash my face in the morning. nothin works. i need some remdies to cure this fast!!!! with christmas only 2 days away!!! help?!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!
