Is it safe to buy a car that had a turbo installed on it? Could it still be reliable? Would be a 99 Civic Si?

ask if they have the invoice from the mecanic, if they put it on themselves then p on it trust me you don't want a cheap turbo installed wrong, it will cost you about $3000.00 to replace it if it goes out.
