Simple and easy workouts!?

Walking is great exercise, and jogging is good too...both totally free and available as soon as you walk out the door. If you are shy about working out outdoors, or live in an area where it is not so safe to do this, then consider getting a "rebounder" (mini trampoline). You can get an awesome cardio workout on it, and the impact is low, and it is fun. They cost about $50 bucks. How about hiking if the weather is now nice where you are? Also, evaluate if at 110 lbs you really need to lose much weight at all...that is a pretty healthy weight even for a short stature. Good luck =) kozzz
