Should my landlord replace my linoleum? It's easily 10-15 years old!?

If you accepted the apartment and agreed to the rent, then it is not the landlord's responsibility to replace anything unless it becomes a health hazard. The problem is, if you push him, he might push back (legally - that was a euphemism) and you could find yourself looking for another place to live.
