Powerpro line vs. berkley fireline crystal?

i got berkley fireline crystal for christmas (im trying it today) and i also bought powerpro line yesterday. from all the reviews on fireline crystal i feel like its garbage but i dont wanna waste that line since it costed $25. so is berkley fireline crystal so crappy that i should switch to powerpro right away or would using it for a bit not be to bad?
