M effect 2 question?

My brother owns m effect 2 and is about to get the cerberus network(he bought it used so is gonna buy on the marketplace) but my question is if he downloads it on his account will I be able to use it to?( both of our xbox live profiles are on the same hard drive).I'm mainly asking this because idk if the cerberus network is specifically linked to your EA account
